Vertical Counter Pressure Autoclave
The counter pressure autoclave is a kind of micro-computer controlled sterilizing equipment in medium-size,it directly fills the water into the sterilization chamber for electric healing to generate the high pressure steam as the sterilizing cycle required. then the unit proceeds the sterilization to the articles, the water temperature would rapidly cool down in 3 minutes by the outer connected compressed air injection after the cycle finished, and the articles temperature in chamber could decreased to 30~40℃. The unit is program controlled, there are two operation options for choosing:boiling disinfection the sterilizing temperature of which is lower or equal to 100℃ and rapid cooling pressure sterilization the sterilizing temperature of which is ranged from 105-134℃, The unit is with overload protection and buzzer alarm function after sterilization, easy and convenient to operate, safe and reliable.It is applicable to the disinfection and sterilization of food packaging, utensils, instruments and other articles, it is especially suitable for sterility test in food research institutions
