Structural Features:​

Outer Casing: Constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic spray painting finish, forming a dense protective layer. This provides excellent hardness, durability, and superior anti-corrosion/rust resistance. Features anti-pinch rounded edges for enhanced operational safety.

Working Chamber: Made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. Designed with smooth, rounded inner corners. Features quickly detachable shelf brackets for easy adjustment, removal, and cleaning.

Insulation Layer: A dedicated insulation system is applied between the outer casing and working chamber, providing excellent thermal retention. This effectively ensures temperature stability and accuracy within the chamber while minimizing the device’s impact on the ambient environment.

Sealing Technology: Employs high-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing strips. This prevents heat loss, enables long-term high-temperature operation, and extends service life.

Observation Window: Equipped with a double-layer tempered glass viewing port. Allows clear visibility of samples inside the chamber while maintaining good thermal insulation.

Air Flow System: Incorporates a forced convection ventilation structure. Enhances temperature response speed, improves temperature uniformity, and reduces temperature fluctuations.

Control Panel: Features a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision and overshoot-free performance. Displays multiple data parameters on a single screen. Includes temperature calibration and timer functions.

Temperature Control: Fitted with a constant temperature control system integrated with a high-sensitivity sensor, ensuring stable and consistent operation.

Available Options: Miniature printer or RS485 communication interface for data printing or PC connection, enabling remote control and alarm functions.
