Scope of Application:
The CO₂ incubator is a professional equipment that utilizes infrared sensors and a microcomputer system to precisely control temperature, CO₂ concentration, and humidity. It is specifically designed for scientific research such as cell/tissue culture, microbial propagation, and in vitro fertilization. It is widely used in various fields including biomedicine (cancer therapy/monoclonal antibody production), reproductive medicine (embryonic development support), environmental monitoring (pollutant degradation), and the food industry.
Structural Features:
Outer Casing: The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.
Working Chamber: Features an air jacket structure and six-sided heating technology. The chamber is constructed from high-quality stainless steel plates and includes air ducts to form forced convection, ensuring uniformity of temperature and CO₂ concentration within the chamber.
Control Panel: Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent true color LCD screen. It offers high precision, no overshoot, and allows for accurate and intuitive control of temperature and gas concentration. It displays real-time temperature, CO₂ concentration, and operational curve changes. Note: The CO2-TSP series uses a microcomputer intelligent touch screen.
Sensor: Strictly selected Korean imported infrared CO₂ sensor ensures accurate measurement data, fast detection speed, and guarantees stable and uniform CO₂ concentration inside the chamber.
Dual Probes: Utilizes two probes to detect chamber temperature and door temperature separately, resulting in high precision and minimal fluctuation in the workspace temperature.
Door Heating: Double-door design. The outer door heats the inner glass door, effectively preventing condensation on the glass and avoiding potential microbial contamination.
Sterilization System: Equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter to remove bacteria and dust from the CO₂ gas, supplemented by UV sterilization, to reduce contamination inside the chamber. Both the air inlet and outlet are fitted with filters.
Safety System: Includes leakage protection, over-temperature alarm, and low CO₂ concentration alarm.
Interface: USB interface.
