Scope of Application:
The Stackable Shaker is a laboratory equipment that significantly improves space utilization through a vertical stacking design (3 independent units). It is primarily used for microbial culture (bacteria/yeast proliferation), cell research (drug screening/stem cell expansion), biochemical reactions (enzyme catalysis/DNA hybridization), and fermentation process optimization (antibiotic/biofuel production). It can meet the high-throughput experimental requirements in the pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, and scientific research fields.
Structural Features:
Three-layer Stacking: Three-layer stacked combination with a small footprint; each layer independently controls temperature and speed, and is independently monitored; can be disassembled and placed independently.
Outer Casing: The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.
Working Chamber: Interior made of SUS304 stainless steel, mirror-polished, corrosion-resistant.
Equipped with built-in UV sterilization lamp and lighting.
Tray: Pull-out slide rail design for convenient and quick experimental operation.
Viewing Glass: Double-layer tempered glass viewing window allows clear observation of items inside the chamber while providing good thermal insulation.
Motor: Servo motor ensures smooth and stable operation, with high starting torque, wide speed regulation, and maintenance-free operation.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent touch screen display temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, multi-data display on a single screen, temperature calibration function, timer function, and 30-segment program control.
Supports three-level permission management and audit trail.
Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.
Fluorine-free Refrigeration: Selects well-known domestic compressors, uses fluorine-free refrigerant, features low noise and effective cooling, and can operate stably at low temperatures for extended periods.
Safety Functions: Over-temperature alarm, abnormal power failure (power-off recovery function), stops when the door is opened, and resumes operation when the door is closed.
Clamps: Universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp (choose one of the above three).
Optional Features: Optional remote alarm and remote control functions.
