Scope of Application:
The High Temperature Forced Air Drying Oven is a professional equipment that tests the reliability of materials and products in a high-temperature constant temperature environment through a PID intelligent temperature control system and forced air supply technology. It is widely used in electronic components (chip/circuit board aging resistance), automotive parts (thermal deformation of seals), aerospace materials (coating stability), chemical and military industries (cable insulation layer life), and scientific research institutions (new material synthesis), among other fields
Structural Features:
Temperature: Maximum operating temperature can reach 500℃.
Outer Casing: The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.
Working Chamber: Interior made of stainless steel. Shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy adjustment, installation, and removal.
Insulation Layer: A thermal insulation system is employed between the outer casing and the working chamber, providing excellent heat retention and ensuring accurate and stable internal temperature.
Sealing Technology: Utilizes a double-layer asbestos rope sealing strip with a concave design, offering strong sealing to effectively prevent heat loss and ensure long-term operation at high temperatures with a long service life.
Air Flow: Long-axis fan wheel with heat-dissipating inserts, resistant to high temperatures. Forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital display temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, temperature calibration function, and timer function.
Temperature Control: Configured with a constant temperature system and equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.
Safety: Includes leakage protection and auxiliary temperature control.
Optional Features: Multi-segment programmable controller (capable of setting multiple different temperature segments and times with automatic switching), needle printing function, USB storage interface.
