Scope of Application:
The YYPC-GZZ Series Anaerobic Workstation is a specialized experimental device designed to create and maintain an anaerobic or low-oxygen environment. It integrates an advanced gas control system, a highly sealed isolation system, and deoxygenation devices to rapidly reduce the internal oxygen concentration to an extremely low level and maintain it stably over the long term. Equipped with temperature control, humidity regulation, and UV sterilization functions, it provides sterile, anaerobic, and precise conditions for the cultivation and manipulation of anaerobic microorganisms. It is widely used in biomedical research at universities and research institutes, the food industry, healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, environmental monitoring, agricultural research, and certain industrial sectors.
Structural Features:
Outer Casing: The cabinet is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense, hard, and robust protective layer with excellent rust resistance.
Operation Chamber: Suitable for both anaerobic and microaerobic culture (oxygen concentration: 0-10%). The inner chamber is made of stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. Standard equipment includes an illumination lamp, a UV sterilization lamp, and power sockets.Features one-button automatic anaerobic gas replacement.The gas replacement process employs fully automatic control technology with both positive and negative pressure protection.Equipped with a deoxygenation catalyst device using high-efficiency palladium catalyst, requiring no frequent activation.
Incubation Chamber: Utilizes a constant temperature technology for the entire operation chamber. It can accommodate a large number of culture dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as small instruments such as small shakers and centrifuges.
Observation Window: Made of ultra-transparent acrylic glass, providing clear visibility during operation. The window can be opened upwards for easy placement of larger instruments and cleaning.
Sampling Chamber (Airlock): The sampling chamber features automatic vacuum pumping and automatic pressure maintenance functions. It also features one-button automatic anaerobic gas replacement.
Sample Transfer: Airlock operation ensures gas exchange before items enter the incubator, serving as both an access channel and for transferring culture dishes.
Sensors: Components such as the temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, temperature control module, and analog module utilize high-end, top-tier domestic brands.
Control Panel: Employs a PLC touch screen display controller, showing real-time temperature and operation curves. Allows real-time control of O₂, CO₂ concentration, humidity, and temperature.
Gas Filling/Exhaust: Utilizes a dual foot switch for hands-free control of chamber gas filling and exhaust.
Interface: Includes a USB interface capable of storing data for 24 months.
Safety System: Includes a leakage protector and an oil-free vacuum pump.
