Bench-Top Dry Heat Sterilizer(JM-TMJ)

Scope of Application:

The dry heat sterilizer utilizes high-temperature dry air (160°C–250°C)  to denature microbial proteins, decompose cells via oxidation, and induce lethal electrolyte concentration.It is specifically designed for ​moisture-sensitive yet heat-resistant materials​ requiring sterilization and depyrogenation, including:

Medical devices: Surgical metal instruments (no rust formation), glass syringes (no residue retention).

Industrial products: Drug packaging containers (pyrogen removal), oils, and powder sterilization.

Laboratory apparatus: Petri dishes, ceramic products, and other heat-resistant laboratory ware.

Outer Casing: Constructed from cold-rolled steel plate substrate with electrostatic baking paint treatment, forming a dense protective layer for high hardness, corrosion resistance, and durability. Features anti-pinch rounded edges for operational safety.

Working Chamber: Made of mirror-polished stainless steel with smooth rounded corners. ​Quick-detachable shelf brackets allow flexible height adjustment and easy cleaning.

Insulation Layer: Insulation protection system between the casing and working chamber ensures thermal retention, guaranteeing temperature stability and minimal ambient impact.

Sealing Technology:​ High-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone sealing strips prevent heat loss and support long-term high-temperature operation.

Observation Window: Double-layer tempered glass observation window enables clear visibility of heated items while maintaining thermal insulation.

Air Flow System: Forced convection ventilation structure enhances temperature response speed, improves uniformity, and reduces fluctuations.

Control Panel: Microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, multi-parameter display, temperature calibration, and timer functions.

Temperature Control: Constant-temperature system with high-sensitivity sensors ensures operational stability.

Fan System: Equipped with an adjustable fan speed knob for flexible air volume control.
