Smart Sealing with Configurable Options – One Design, Three Powerful Models
The SDseal-30 Series includes three high-performance medical rotary sealing machines — HCRseal-30, HCRseal-30P, and HCRseal-40 — all designed with the same intelligent housing and control system. Built for CSSDs, clinics, and laboratories, these sealers deliver high-speed, continuous sealing with optional features like USB data export and dual-line printing.
All three models feature a 7-inch full-color touchscreen, real-time sealing monitoring, and programmable parameters, making them ideal for sterile packaging in compliance with ISO/GMP standards.
Scope of application:
It is mainly used in hospital disinfection supply centers, operating rooms, stomatology departments, beauty institutions, etc., for sterilizing the sealing of sterilized bags before sterilizing medical devices or articles. It is suitable for heat sealing of paper-plastic bags, all-plastic bags, terylene bags, etc.

The temperature of the intelligent temperature control room is adjustable from 220℃, and the working temperature is accurately controlled ±1℃. When the set temperature is reached, there will be graphic and sound prompts;

It has the function of waiting for temperature and standby, and the standby time and standby temperature can be adjusted;

Printing function: Chinese characters, symbols, numbers, and special symbols in compliance with the YY 0466-2003 “Symbols for Medical Device Labels, Markings, and Information Provided on Medical Devices” can meet various printing requirements as required by the Ministry of Health, such as expiration date, batch number, operator, pot number, and pot sequence; the sterilization date, expiration period, and sterilization batch can be adjusted, and Chinese character settings and printing functions are available. The built-in printing module allows for setting printing items and adjusting print content;
The font width can be adjusted, and it is divided into “narrow” and “normal”. The appropriate width is selected according to the width of sterilized bags;
According to the printing content prompt, the printing length is printed. If the printing content is insufficient, the system will automatically prompt;
The printing module can be popped out from the side, so that the ink cartridge can be replaced externally without moving the device, which is convenient and fast;
