Scope of Application:
The semiconductor refrigerated low-temperature incubator utilizes Peltier cooling technology to achieve precise low-temperature control within the unit. It offers advantages such as energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and high performance. Through internal cavity pre-heating technology, it enables rapid temperature recovery. Equipped with both heating and cooling functions, it meets the requirements for cultivating microorganisms like bacteria and molds in low-temperature environments, as well as for sample storage, plant cultivation, plant breeding, and other experimental needs.
Structural Features:
Outer Casing: Constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense protective layer that is hard and robust, offering excellent rust prevention capability. Equipped with a 25mm diameter test port.
Working Chamber: Interior made of stainless steel, mirror-polished. Shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy installation and removal.
Insulation Layer: A thermal insulation system is employed between the outer casing and the working chamber, providing excellent heat retention. This effectively ensures stable and accurate internal temperature and minimizes impact on the ambient environment.
Sealing Technology: Utilizes high-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone sealing strips to prevent heat loss. Capable of long-term operation at high temperatures with a long service life.
Cooling Technology: Semiconductor cooling technology offers high cooling efficiency and significantly reduced energy consumption. Compared to compressor cooling, energy consumption is reduced by over 85%.
Viewing Glass: Double-layer tempered glass viewing window allows clear observation of items inside the chamber while providing good thermal insulation.
Temperature Control: Features automatic cold and heat control, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.
Air Flow: Forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed, enhances temperature uniformity, and reduces temperature fluctuation.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent LCD temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, multi-data display on a single screen, temperature calibration function, and timer function.
Optional Features: Multi-segment programmable controller (capable of setting multiple different temperature segments and times with automatic switching), needle printing function, USB storage interface.
