JM-DCB Series Integrated Battery Test Chamber

Scope of Application:​

The Integrated Battery Test Chamber is a professional device designed to evaluate battery performance and safety through precise temperature and humidity control, along with multi-scenario simulation functions (such as charge-discharge cycling, vibration impact, and salt spray corrosion). It is primarily used in fields including new energy vehicles (power battery life/thermal management), energy storage systems (long-cycle stability), consumer electronics (fast-charging performance), and military/aerospace (reliability under extreme environments). It features customized battery trays and multiple temperature protection functions, supporting long-term uninterrupted operation, multi-temperature point testing, and balanced frost-free control.

 

Structural Features:

Outer Casing: The unit adopts an integrated design to save laboratory space. Test ports are located on the back of the unit with fully concealed wiring. The cabinet door can be opened from all four sides for convenient cable routing. The casing is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with electrostatic baking paint, forming a dense protective layer that is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.

Working Chamber: The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. An illumination lamp is installed inside.

Shelves:  Features insulated spacer plates designed to clamp batteries, manufactured using special processes tailored to battery characteristics. They include a slide rail pull-out design for ease of use.

Observation Window: Double-door design with a double-layer tempered glass observation window. The inner glass pane can be opened independently, allowing observation inside the chamber without affecting the internal temperature, thanks to good sealing.

Control Panel: Utilizes a microcomputer-controlled intelligent LCD temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, and multi-data display on a single screen. It includes temperature calibration and timer functions.

Compressor: Equipped with internationally renowned brand compressors for automatic cooling and heating control.

Temperature Control: Features automatic cooling and heating control, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.

Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed and enhances temperature uniformity.

Safety System: Includes leakage protection, auxiliary temperature control, and an RS485 communication interface
