JM-DXC Series Low Temperature Circulation Bath

Scope of Application:​​

Low temperature circulation baths are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, medicine and health, life science, light industry food, physical property testing, chemical analysis and other research departments, institutions of higher education, enterprise quality inspection and production departments. They provide users with a thermally and cold controlled, constant and uniform temperature experimental environment for work, enabling constant temperature testing or experimentation on test samples or produced products.

Structural Features:​​

Outer Casing: The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.

Working Chamber: The interior and worktable are made of SUS304 stainless steel, mirror-polished, offering corrosion resistance and durability

Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital display temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, multi-data display on a single screen, temperature calibration function, and timer function.

Temperature Control: Configured with a constant temperature system and equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.

Key Components: Critical parts like heaters and the circulation pump use products from first-tier brands.

Drain Port: Equipped with a connection port linked to the external bath tub for convenient drainage.

Safety System: Includes over-temperature protection, low temperature alarm, and dry-burn protection.

Optional Features: High-precision temperature controller (temperature resolution up to 0.001℃), USB storage interface.

Customization: Can be customized in different sizes and specifications according to user requirements.
