JM-YPJ Series Flask Shaker

Scope of Application:

The Flask Shaker is an adjustable-frequency mixing equipment specifically designed for laboratory sample mixing (chemical reactions/biological culture), industrial quality inspection (material mold resistance testing), and clinical treatment (fracture rehabilitation/sputum expulsion assistance). Its core applications include biomedicine (cell culture/DNA extraction), environmental monitoring (BOD analysis), food industry (shelf-life verification), and other fields.

Structural Features:​

Outer Casing: The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.

Control Panel: Large LCD screen displays frequency and time simultaneously. Menu-style operation interface is simple and easy to understand. Lockable operation mode prevents misuse.

Motor: Low-heat dissipation brushless DC motor offers high starting torque, wide speed regulation, constant torque, and is maintenance-free.

Safety: Power-off recovery function; automatically resumes operation after power restoration.

Clamps: Universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp (choose one of the three).
