Scope of Application

The YYP Series Anaerobic Incubator is a professional device that creates a strict anaerobic environment (oxygen concentration ≤0.1%) through a triple deoxygenation mechanism (vacuum replacement, inert gas purging, and palladium catalytic deoxygenation). It is primarily used for the cultivation and preservation of anaerobic microorganisms (e.g., clinical testing, strain fermentation), biopharmaceuticals (e.g., vaccine development, antibiotic production), environmental protection engineering (e.g., wastewater degradation optimization), and food/agriculture research (e.g., cheese fermentation, soil microorganism studies) .

Structural Features

Outer Casing: Constructed from cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic baking paint treatment, forming a dense, hard, and rust-resistant protective layer .

Operation Chamber: Made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, equipped with standard illumination, UV sterilization lamps, power sockets, and a deoxygenation catalyst .

Incubation Chamber: Utilizes a constant-temperature technology for the entire chamber, allowing large-scale placement of culture dishes, Erlenmeyer flasks, and small instruments (e.g., shakers, centrifuges) .

Observation Window: Features an ultra-transparent acrylic glass window for clear visibility during operation .

Sample Transfer: Airlock design enables gas exchange before entry, serving as both an access channel and a transfer route for culture dishes .

Sensors: Components including temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, and control modules use high-end domestic brands for precision .

Control Panel: Equipped with a large LCD screen and microcomputer control (with timer) for real-time temperature display and stable anaerobic environment maintenance .

Gas Path System: Light-touch switches control solenoid valves, allowing precise flow adjustment and input of various gases .

Gas Filling/Exhaust: Dual foot switches enable hands-free control of chamber gas filling and exhaust .
