Mold Incubator (Internal Humidity Control)(JM-MJPS)

Scope of Application:​

The mold incubator (with internal humidity control) is applicable to environmental protection, health and epidemic prevention, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, and other scientific research institutions, universities, and production departments. It is a dedicated constant-temperature equipment for water analysis, BOD determination, and the cultivation, preservation, and experimental breeding of bacteria, molds, fungi, microorganisms, and plants.

Structural Features:​

Outer Casing: Constructed from cold-rolled steel plate substrate with electrostatic baking paint treatment, forming a dense protective layer for high hardness, robustness, and exceptional anti-corrosion capability. Features anti-pinch rounded edges for operational safety and durability

Working Chamber: Equipped with ultraviolet disinfection lamps. Made of mirror-polished stainless steel with smooth rounded corners. Quickly detachable shelf brackets allow flexible adjustment and easy cleaning of the chamber

Insulation Layer: Insulation protection system between the outer casing and working chamber ensures thermal retention, guaranteeing temperature stability while minimizing ambient impact

Sealing Technology: High-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone sealing strips prevent heat loss and support long-term high-temperature operation

Observation Window: Double-door design with tempered glass observation panes. Opening the outer door allows direct viewing of the chamber without affecting internal temperature. Note: 800L/1000L models feature a double-door design (outer door without observation window)

Temperature Control: Automatic cold/heat control system with high-sensitivity sensors ensures operational stability

Air Flow System: Forced convection ventilation structure enhances temperature response speed, improves uniformity, and reduces fluctuations

Control Panel: Microcomputer intelligent LCD display with menu operation, temperature calibration, and timer functions. High precision with no overshoot

Safety & Connectivity: Equipped with leakage protectors and RS485 communication interface for computer connectivity, enabling data display, printing, storage, and playback of experimental records

Humidification System:Internal humidity control technology with 316 stainless steel heating pipes​ generating steam for humidity regulation. Delivers minimal humidity fluctuation and high uniformity. ​External 25L water tank supports 15–20 days of continuous operation without refilling​
